Thank you for your interest in vending at the San Antonio Vintage Expo!

Our Next Show dates are March 10-11, 2018

Booking is now open for the next Expo, the dates for that are March 10-11, 2018.  The floor plan is attached below, prices shown on the plan are the full/final price.

Spaces can only be held if a deposit or full payment is made within 2 weeks of claiming a space.

Our second discount booking window is open and as a reminder:

From February 10th– March 2nd at 11;59 pm, spaces will be 10% off.

March 3rd until the show will be at full price.

Discounts cover the Vintage booth areas, not the Sports group section.

Each booth space comes with 1 chair and 2 vendor badges.

Additional badges can be purchased for $5.
Additional chairs can be rented for $2.
Rental prices for 8 ft tables for the 10 x 10 booths (if needed) are:
1 for $12 or 3 for $30.
Sports section spaces come with: (2) 8 ft tables, 1 chair and 2 badges and are not included in the above discount window or rental table deal.
As with our previous shows, we request vendors that sell: vintage, antiques, retro inspired (new items made to look vintage such as repro clothing and accessories) or items made with reclaimed items (such as jewelry made from vintage paper, furniture made with reclaimed wood, etc). If you are unsure if your wares will fit in, please message us to inquire.

All Vendors must have a Sales & Use Tax Permit

Friday, March 9: Load in Noon to 6 pm

Saturday, March 10: Load in 8-10 am, Early Bird Shopper Hour at 9 am, General Public Show Hours 10 am-5 pm

Sunday, March 11: Load in 10-11 am, Show Hours 11 am-5 pm

Load Out 5 – 8 pm
